products, or services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”). Please take a moment to read through them. If you don’t agree with
any part of these Terms, we ask that you refrain from using our platform.
By accessing or using Louve (the “Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws. Louve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated "Effective Date" will be listed. Continued use of the Website after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
Order Processing: We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Address Issues: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any errors in the address provided. Order Fullment: We ship orders once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your complete order will ship when all items are in stock. If you'd prefer to receive items separately, please place separate orders. International Shipping: For our international customers, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Louve is not responsible for these additional charges, and we cannot refund them, even if you decide to return your order. o Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the return cost. Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact. If returned items don’t meet this condition, we may reject the return and send it back to you. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, jewellery, swimwear, activewear, and items purchased on sale or with discounts of 15% or more. Return Processing Fee: If you return an order (or part of it) for a refund, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. We also charge a $20 (domestic) or $40 (international) return processing fee to cover handling costs. o If you received complimentary shipping, a $30 (domestic) or $60 (international) return fee will be deducted from your refund. Store Credit: If you choose store credit instead of a refund, no processing fee will be charged except for any shipping costs. AfterPay and Laybuy Purchases: Please note, we do not offer refunds on orders paid for using AfterPay or Laybuy. To initiate a return please email info@louve.co.nz Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Shipping Method: We offer Express International Shipping via DHL, which generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that shipping costs do not include duties or taxes imposed by your local customs. These fees are your responsibility. Louve cannot refund customs fees, even if you decide to return your order. Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties, and the cost to return the parcel to us. These fees will be deducted from your refund, along with a $100 NZD administration fee for return handling.
